Moon Sweepers logistics: packager, belts, robots
Packager $100, conveyor $0.50/m, Robot Vacuum Mk I/II, splitters, mergers and Garage notes for Moon Sweepers 1.0.4 with source confidence labels.
Scope
This page groups belt-side buildings that move dust without raising its sale tier. Processors stay on Pressure Chamber and Stone Press. Hub: data hub.
Checked October 27, 2026 (1.0.4).
Building Tool
| Spec | Value | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $50 | Multi-source (KeenGamer, Sportskeeda, whisperofthehouse) |
| Unlocks | Build menu for logistics / production / power | Multi-source |
| Does not | Grant free structures | Multi-source warning |
Packager
| Spec | Value | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $100 | Multi-source (KeenGamer + whisperofthehouse) |
| Role | Load handheld dust into capsules for a belt | Multi-source |
| Does not | Auto-collect ground dust or raise sale value | Multi-source |
KeenGamer’s steps: place near the active cleaning area, face the rear output toward the depot route, connect a conveyor into the depot intake, press the load prompt. moonsweepershub’s distance example (~90–100 m belts) is single-source colour.
Conveyor belts
| Spec | Value | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | $0.50 per meter | Multi-source (KeenGamer + whisperofthehouse) |
| Max section length | 30 m per placement segment | Multi-source |
| Manual drop | Capsules can be placed onto belts (player aim) | Official 1.0.3 + guide confirms |
whisperofthehouse’s example: a 30 m section costs $15. Depot intakes must receive the belt end — stopping beside the wall is a common miss (KeenGamer).
Splitters and mergers
Official 1.0.3: splitters/mergers snap port-to-port; crew-built ones work.
Official 1.0.4 patch notes:
- “Mergers now alternate between their inputs” — Official (1.0.4)
- Shared Belt Building — any crewmate can place splitters and mergers on belts built by others — Official (1.0.4)
No multi-source dollar price for splitter/merger purchase appeared in the opened guides — price unverified here. Functionally they divide or combine capsule routes and are required for Stone Press dual feeds (stone press).
Robot Vacuums
| Model | Price | Coverage | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Robot Vacuum Mk I | $250 | 19 hexes (two rings) | Multi-source |
| Robot Vacuum Mk II | $500 | 37 hexes (three rings) | Multi-source |
Both return to their dock to unload onto a connected conveyor (KeenGamer, Sportskeeda, whisperofthehouse). They do not roam the whole Moon after clearing their radius — relocate or add docks. Overlapping radii waste money (KeenGamer / whisper).
Garage
| Spec | Value | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $200 | Multi-source (KeenGamer + Sportskeeda) |
| Role | Buy / store / recall / upgrade vehicles; unload to silo | Multi-source + official 1.0.3 QoL |
Vehicle stats continue on vehicles.
